The recipe for these banana and dark chocolate bites is really quick, easy and super tasty. Only three ingredients (bananas, chocolate and coconut oil) but lots of taste for a healthy, sugar-free, vegan and lactose-free sweet.
Ingredients for 16 bites:
- 2 large bananas
- 190g dark chocolate (vegan or sugar free according to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Preparation :
- Slice the bananas to obtain 16 medium-thick slices, arrange them on a tray and place in the freezer for an hour (until frozen)
- Combine the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe container. Heat at medium power, every 30 seconds remove the container and mix. Repeat until you get a smooth cream. Then leave to cool.
- Cover a tray with baking paper
- When the banana slices are well frozen, dip them in the chocolate which must have cooled down in the meantime. Coat each side of the slice well and remove the excess chocolate parts then place on the baking paper and place in the freezer immediately.
- When the morsels are adequately frozen, remove them from the freezer and store them in a resealable bag in the freezer until ready to consume them.
