This super tasty cheesecake has only 190kcal per serving and is prepared quickly and easily. The secret ingredient to make it so good and so light at the same time? Paranà light toffee cream, without sugar and with only 196kcal per 100g (it's not a typo it REALLY has so few calories). It is a dessert within reach of even the least skilled in the kitchen but which will surprise you both in terms of taste and yield. Light cheesecake with mou cream and praline almonds
Ingredients
For the base:
-100g of apple pulp
-60g of oatmeal
-50g of protein suitable for cooking Adam's Brot
-50g of erythritol
-30g of light toffee cream with no added sugar Paranà
For the stuffing:
-500g of low-fat Greek yogurt
-40g of NoCarb sugar-free lemon cream or jelly mix
-40g of erythritol
-30g of light toffee cream with no added sugar Paranà
For the topping:
-30g of shelled almonds
-30g of erythritol powder
-5g of Franky's Bakery White Chocolate Flavor Powder
Method:
1) To create the base, mix all the ingredients by hand and form a base in a round mold or pastry ring.
2) For the filling mix all the ingredients well with the help of a whisk and pour them on the base.
3) Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 180° for 60 minutes and then leave it to rest in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
4) Garnish with pan-roasted almonds with erythritol powder and sprinkle with white chocolate flavoring before serving.
