Ingredients for a smoothie:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 80g of mango pieces
- 33g of cauliflower rosettes
- 180ml of vegetable milk
- 1 small piece of fresh turmeric, chopped
- 1 pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetening syrup
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of pepper (if you like)
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in blender, blend and enjoy!
