This strawberry ice cream recipe (but you can also use berries or other fruit of your choice) is very easy, fast and with very few carbohydrates and calories. Perfect for cooling off in the summer, treating yourself to something sweet and healthy at the same time, with very little impact on your diet.

Strawberry jelly without sugar
Ingredients for 4 portions (4 mini ice creams)
- 75ml of coconut cream
- 25g of erythritol
- 90g of strawberries
Method
1) Clean and wash the strawberries then blend them
2) Whip the coconut cream*
3) Combine the two compounds in order to have a homogeneous cream
4) Fill the ice cream molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours
