These chocolate "bites" are delicious sweets that are very easy to make and super delicious, sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free but rich in taste and dark chocolate.
Ingredients for 25 bites:
- 100g of dark chocolate (at least 70%) without sugar
- 20-25g of erythrol (according to taste)
- 80g of coconut oil
- 1 medium egg
- 100g gluten-free and sugar-free biscuits broken
- 20g dried blueberries (preferably red)
- 30g of coarsely chopped pistachios
Preparation :
- Cover a 4cm high 18cm square pan with baking paper
- Combine the chocolate, erythrol and coconut oil and melt in a double boiler (or in the microwave stopping frequently to stir) stirring until all ingredients are blended. Remove from heat and leave for a few minutes to cool
- Add the egg to the mixture, mix, also add the coarsely chopped biscuits. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, put it in the previously prepared pan and level it well.
- Distribute the dried blueberries and the pieces of pistachio on the surface and put in the fridge until it solidifies
- Remove from the fridge a few minutes before serving and divide into 25 bites. nibble!
