These delicious chocolate muffins are super easy to make, sugar free and low in carbohydrates. Perfect for a sweet breakfast if you follow a low carb or ketogenic diet but also simply if you want to try and cut sugar (which doesn't hurt).
Sugar free chocolate muffins
Ingredients for 12 muffins
- 75g of low carb almond flour
- 150g of Simply Keto hot chocolate mix
- 1 teaspoon of psyllium
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 50g of coconut oil
- 250ml of unsweetened almond milk
- 100g of sugar-free bitter chocolate chips
Preparation
- 1) Preheat the oven to 175°C (ventilated).
- 2) Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3) Melt the coconut oil just enough and mix it into the dry mixture along with the almond milk.
- 4) Coarsely chop the chocolate chips and incorporate them into the dough.
- 5) Fill 12 muffin molds with the dough and bake at 175°C for 20-25 minutes.
