A very delicious and equally healthy smoothie with blueberries and the addition of chia seeds . It does not contain dairy products and is therefore suitable for those suffering from lactose intolerance and those who follow a vegan and sugar-free diet.
Ingredients for 4 smoothies:
- 100g of frozen blueberries
- 285g of vegetable yogurt (not zero fat)
- 296g of coconut cream (thick can or full fat coconut milk)
- 250ml unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons liquid sweetener (this depends on the sweetener you use)
Preparation :
- Blend everything together until it is well homogeneous
- Serve by dividing into 4 large glasses
