This light and sugar-free version of tiramisu with strawberries is really super tasty like all the recipes of our favorite Fit Chefs Michela and Francesco (HungryFitty). A dessert as simple as it is good which, with some forethought, really has far fewer calories than the traditional one but is so good and also beautiful to look at that you can offer it without problems even to those who are not on a diet and will compliment you. Perfect for a late spring meal!
Strawberry tiramisu without sugar
Recipe for two servings (you can double it for 4 servings)
- 55g of dry biscuits with no added sugar
- 330g of low-fat Greek yogurt
- 130g of strawberries
- 4g of bitter cocoa
- a cup of espresso coffee
- a few drops of flavor drops tiramisù Funky Flavors
Preparation:
- Add the flavoring, 50-60 ml of water to the Greek yogurt and mix thoroughly.
- Arrange half of the biscuits on the bottom of the plate, pour part of the cup of coffee and add half of the previously prepared dough.
- Arrange the strawberries and sprinkle with half the cocoa, then form a second layer of biscuits, pour in the coffee, add the rest of the dough to the yogurt and sprinkle everything with the cocoa.
- Decorate the tiramisu with the remaining chopped strawberries and place it in the fridge for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
