The Linea 6 top box has only 1.4g of carbohydrates per 100g, designed for those who follow a ketogenic or low-carbohydrate diet, it is also perfect for diabetics. This pan bauletto is produced in Italy based on an original recipe by Sonia, the owner of Linea 6, and exploits the excellent properties of resistant tapioca starch. As the name suggests, resistant starch is an indigestible vegetable fiber which has excellent prebiotic properties but also modulates the absorption of carbohydrates and fats.

Ingredients
Resistant tapioca starch (53%), wheat GLUTEN (31%), extra virgin olive oil, water, salt, vegetable fibre, emulsifier: monodiglycerides of fatty acids (contains SOY), anti-caking agent E551, brewer's yeast, acidity: ascorbic acid; preservative: calcium propionate, flavouring.
