Grapoila's Defatted Nut Flour has about half the calories and far less fat than a regular nut flour. Thanks to its particular process of extraction of the oily part (with which Grapoila produces the oils) the flours of this company are truly exceptional, both in terms of values and in terms of taste and consistency. Walnut flour, like almond flour, can be used in partial or total replacement of wheat flour to prepare excellent desserts but also bread.
