This Indian organic red lentil soup is light (less than 100kcal), spicy and delicious in both summer and winter. It is a ready-to-eat soup, in a glass jar, perfect for keeping in the pantry (you don't need to refrigerate it, it should only be placed in the fridge once opened) for when you feel like something light, healthy and delicious to pamper yourself with.
