Sugar-free crunchy hazelnut cream - Why Nature

In this hazelnut protein cream, the pleasant crunchy effect is given by the puffed millet. What a cute idea! Like the other Why Nature protein creams, this hazelnut one too has no added sugar, sweetened with the most common natural sweetener, maltitol. Despite the use of maltitol which is a polyoil but is assimilated for about 50%, the cream is still low carb, especially considering that the recommended dose is one-two tablespoons a day. In 100g of cream you will find 24g of protein (whey and pea) and only 15.5g of net carbohydrates (approximately, I calculated them).

Ingredients

Sunflower oil; sweetener: maltitol; whey protein ; pea protein; hazelnut paste (6%), cocoa, puffed millet (5%); emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, xanthan gum, carrageenan; cocoa butter, flavourings.

Allergens: milk, hazelnuts. May contain traces of egg, soy, other nuts, sesame and mustard.
