These Dukan biscuits with chia seeds have a side covered in chocolate which makes them tastier and improves their consistency which is sometimes the Achilles heel in products made with bran. A packet of 4 biscuits provides only 160kcal and is therefore perfect as a snack or for breakfast as part of a low-carb diet but also for those simply looking for a product with less sugar and more satiating.
The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet which favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't have to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have really great nutritional values and go perfectly with a low carb/sugar free regimen.
