Dukan coconut biscuits are based on oat bran, an ingredient that combines excellent nutritional values with a high satiating power. A packet of 3 biscuits has less than 150kcal and is therefore perfect as a snack but also for breakfast. These are biscuits with a reduced carbohydrate content and no added sugar, therefore suitable both for those who follow a Dukan diet but also for all those who follow low-carb and sugar-free diets.
The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet which favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't have to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have really great nutritional values and go perfectly with a low carb/sugar free regimen.

Oat bran 65% (gluten), chocolate drops with sweetener 12.5% (sweetener: maltitol, cocoa paste, emulsifier: soy lecithin, low-fat cocoa, natural vanilla flavouring); sweeteners: maltitol, isomalt; acacia fiber; rapeseed oil 5.5%; wheat gluten; milk proteins: casein; Skimmed milk powder ; whole egg powder; baking powder: ammonium carbonates; natural flavor.
