These sugar-free speculoos are the healthier version of the classic spiced biscuits that are usually eaten at Christmas. I particularly love them and I have no problem consuming them all year round, having said that, obviously they have a reduced carbohydrate intake compared to those with sugar and even if they are sweetened with maltitol (which is assimilated by 50%) they are still light and also suitable for those who follow a low-carb diet.
