These thin spelled wafers without added sugar are a cross between sweet and savoury, have a delicate hint of nuts and are produced in an artisanal way. This type of biscuit/waffle little known by us is instead very widespread in Poland and abroad in general, thin, crunchy and delicate, the fact that it contains nothing but very few ingredients and no type of sweetener makes it very versatile.
