CLA - Be Essential

This conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) supplement can be useful in case of diet and for sportsmen. Co-conjugated linoleic acid is an isomer of the better known linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid of the Omega 6 family found mainly in meat and dairy products. Studies on the benefits of integrating this essential acid are still not fully confirmed but the function for which it is often used by athletes and those who follow slimming diets is its ability to improve body composition.

To put it simply, it would seem that this supplement can somehow facilitate the reduction of fat mass in favor of lean mass. Animal studies have given excellent results but it must be said that the dosages used are much higher than those for human use.

The recommended intake is 3 - 6 capsules per day for a maximum period of three months.
