Collagen + MSM - Diet Food

This bovine collagen with added methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an excellent supplement that combines the well-known properties of collagen with those of MSM. It is widely used as a supplement following a sports injury.

What is MSM?

The Methylsulfonylmethane is a molecule naturally present in living organisms which can also be synthesized in the laboratory. The function of MSM is to supply the body with the sulfur necessary for the production of other molecules. Its proposed applications are numerous, from the fight against chronic pain and inflammation, through the treatment of type 2 diabetes, liver disorders, autoimmune diseases and Alzheimer's. The data present in the scientific literature suggest that it could be really effective against hemorrhoids, osteoarthritis, rosacea and damage to the muscles induced by physical activity.

The recommended daily dose is 10g to be added to drinks, yoghurts or smoothies as desired.
