Ingredients 

Resistant tapioca starch (68%), wheat GLUTEN (20%), rice oil, salt, vegetable fiber, emulsifier: monodiglycerides of fatty acids (contains SOY), raising agent: disodium diphosphate sodium bicarbonate, anti-caking agent E551, brewer's yeast, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid; aroma, water.
