Extra Sophisticated is a cream of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts (65%) and cocoa sweetened with only erythritol and handcrafted in Italy. Compared to the "Sophisticated" version of Tomatis, this one is less sweet and was born thanks to the feedback of the many customers who found the Sophisticated version very good but a touch too sweet.
Nocciola Tomatis is a farm in the province of Cuneo born from Fabrizio and Barbara's love for hazelnuts. All their magnificent products are made with hazelnuts grown on their farm, selected and processed in an artisanal way and, believe me, when you taste their products you will realize that the difference is felt.
