"Extra Brown" hazelnut cream without added sugar - Tomatis

This PGI Piedmont hazelnut cream with cocoa is perfect for those who don't like sweet creams. Tomatis Extra Brown contains 79% hazelnuts to which only cocoa and cocoa butter are added. Cocoa butter gives creaminess to the cream which reaches its maximum spreadability at a temperature between 19 and 24 degrees.

Nocciola Tomatis is a farm in the province of Cuneo born from Fabrizio and Barbara's love for hazelnuts. All their magnificent products are made with hazelnuts grown on their farm, selected and processed in an artisanal way and, believe me, when you taste their products you will realize that the difference is felt.
