This highly de-oiled hazelnut flour has about half the calories of a normal hazelnut flour and very little fat thanks to a particular process that Grapolia has developed to separate and extract the oily part of the hazelnuts. Hazelnut flour is an excellent ingredient for sweet recipes above all, it provides a lot of protein and in this low-calorie version it allows you to create truly "fit" and low-calorie desserts.
