Cocoa fiber is a preparation obtained from roasted cocoa shells, by cleaning, maceration (mechanical grinding up to a few tens of microns) and sterilization (thermal steam).

The manufacturing process is only a physical process and the product does not contain any added chemicals, it is a 100% natural product. Cocoa fiber can also be considered an excellent source of insoluble dietary fiber.
