These slices of Damhert's sugar-free frangipane cake are an excellent alternative to the normal version of this sweet which is very rich in sugar and calories. The frangipane cake is a cake that takes its name from the cream with which it is filled, the frangipane, a cream similar to custard but made with almonds. Replacing sugar with maltitol significantly reduces calories and sugars without affecting too much the taste which remains truly delicious.

Sweetener (maltitol) (22.4%), palm oil**, WHEAT flour, EGGS (free range), coconut (6.3%), ALMONDS (4.6%), wetting agent (glycerol), apricots ( 4.4%), dietary fiber, rice starch, flavourings, salt, stabilizers (pectin, sodium alginate), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, glucono-delta-lactone), food acids (citric acid, calcium citrate) , preservative (potassium sorbate).
