Fruit-Tastic vegan gummies - Food2Smile

These sugar-free orange and cherry gummy candies have very few calories, only 89 per 100g. A very limited caloric intake that Food2Smile has managed to obtain thanks to the use of a mix of natural sweeteners and fibers to replace sugar. These are gummy candies that do not contain animal gelatin, so they are also vegan. If you are a fan of sugar-free candies but need to keep an eye on calories (and carbohydrates too, they contain only 9g per 100g) they are definitely worth a try.

Ingredients

Polydextrose, sweetener: maltitol <10%, steviol glycosides of stevia, thaumatin, gelling agent: pectin, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, colour: paprika extract, anthocyanins, glaze: rapeseed oil and coconut, carnabau wax.

It can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. Store in a cool, dry place.
