Low carb fusilli italian made pasta - Linea 6

This reduced carbs pasta Fusilli has only 2.5g of carbohydrates per 100g and look like "real" pasta. They are produced in Italy mainly based on tapioca resistant starch, which is the secret of all Linea 6 products (and others) with a very low carbohydrate content. It is certainly pasta suitable for those who follow a low carb/ketogenic diet but also for diabetics since in addition to having a very low carbohydrate intake, they are also a good source of fiber and protein, therefore the glycemic index is extremely low.

Those who follow Pinkfoodshop know that I have been following Sonia since the beginning and that I greatly admire her commitment to trying to produce pasta with very few carbohydrates that is also palatable, although I think it will not be limited to pasta and we will soon see other low-carb products under the Linea brand 6.
