Ostrovit Milk Protein Ice Cream provides a whopping 26g of protein and only 9g of carbohydrates per serving, contains no added sugar and has a delicious milky flavor (well, being based on milk proteins and milk, the milky taste is guaranteed). Instructions
For 2 portions, mix 100g of the preparation with 200ml of milk or water with an electric mixer, when you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours
For a better consistency, remove the ice cream from the freezer after about an hour and blend it to break up the ice crystals which will make it less creamy (if you use an ice cream machine you don't need to do this)
