Marmalade without added sugar - Good Good

This orange marmalade sweetened with erythritol and stevia is low in calories (only 27kcal per 100g) and has a low carbohydrate content, therefore it is also suitable for those who follow a ketogenic diet and for diabetics. The sugar present is only that of the fruit, a mix of erythritol and stevia has been used to sweeten it instead of sugar. Erythritol is the only polyoil that is not assimilated by the human body and has no impact on blood sugar so in this case the polyols must be subtracted from the total carbohydrates to obtain the net carbohydrates (those actually assimilable, which you must count if you follow a ketogenic for example).
