Dukan mini cookies with chocolate chips

These mini cookies with Dukan chocolate chips are made from oat bran and therefore have a somewhat particular consistency but the chocolate chips make them pleasant (in my opinion) and above all satiating. Like all Dukan products they have a low glycemic index, few calories and a good amount of fiber and protein. They are suitable for those following a slimming diet, whether protein, low carb or sugar-free.

The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet that favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't need to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have truly great nutritional values and go perfectly with a low-carb/sugar-free regimen.
