Carnitine Seed Protein Bread Mix - Konzelmann's

This protein bread mix is ​​made with a range of various different seeds which give it a truly unique flavour. If the taste wasn't enough to make it special, let's add that 100g provides 35.5g of protein and only 3.8g of carbohydrates and that it contains L-carnitine.

Among the main properties of carnitine we recall that in sports it is often taken to facilitate muscle recovery and improve performance, while in the diet it is often used as a supplement due to its role in lipid metabolism.

Ingredients

Wheat Gluten, Almond Flour, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Yellow Flaxseed, Brown Flaxseed, Buckwheat, Sea Salt, Dry Yeast, L-Carnitine, Bread Spice

Instructions

In a bowl, knead by hand or with a food processor 370 g of the mixture with 330 ml of warm water and form a homogeneous dough ball.

Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes

Place it in an oiled baking tray or, without a baking sheet, place it on an oven rack lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven (high/low): 230 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for another 30 minutes.
