POKE avocado oil spray flavored with lime and pink pepper is an idea by Fratelli Mantova that was created to flavor the now very popular "POKE bowls" but perfect for dressing salads and various dishes. Poke bowls are dishes of Hawaiian origin that should contain raw fish but in reality they are now found in a thousand ways without prejudice to the concept of a bowl in which several ingredients (usually a protein source, vegetables and a source of carbohydrates such as rice) mix together for a complete single dish. In any case, as I said, you don't need to prepare poke bowls to appreciate this delicious and delicate condiment that goes very well especially with fish.
Why is it special?
Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to reduce consumption by about 90% (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and to protect the contents by air and light for a long time. Each second of spray dispenses 1.8 ml/1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
