Extra virgin olive oil with lemon spray - Sprayleggero

This particular extra virgin oil is flavored with Sicilian lemon essential oil, two excellences that come together for a healthy and practical condiment thanks to the spray bottle that allows you to better dose the quantity. The Mantova Brothers have been able to innovate the Italian extra virgin oil market by introducing the spray bottle which not only allows us to better control the quantity of dressing we use on our dishes but also to preserve the taste and aroma of the oil even after opening it.

This condiment is prepared with fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and selected essential oils of Sicilian lemons without the acid component. It is suitable for being used to season raw all the dishes on which you would normally use oil and lemon, such as carpaccio of meat and fish, bresaola , salads but also fish or meat cooked in a simple way.

The benefits of using extra virgin olive oil as a condiment are now well known, it is in fact rich in monounsaturated fats which help prevent cardiovascular disorders.  

Thanks to the " bag on valve " technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle makes it possible to reduce consumption by approximately 90% (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to approximately 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and to better dose the quantity of oil we use to season our dishes. If a spoonful of oil has an average of 90 Kcal, a spray of extra virgin oil spray provides only 15 and allows you to dress an entire dish evenly and uniformly with considerable calorie savings.
