Fratelli Mantova truffle oil spray contains only extra virgin olive oil and natural aroma with black truffle extract. Thanks to a particular patented technology, a spray of this oil allows you to season an entire dish with only 15kcal. An oil with a very good truffle scent, perfect for flavoring a wide range of dishes, including first courses. Spray oil is truly an essential ingredient in the pantry of those who follow a diet but I dare say also of those who are simply tired of throwing oil unnecessarily or risking always exceeding with the dressing. Why is it special?
Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to reduce consumption by about 90% (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil) and to protect the contents by air and light for a long time. Each second of spray dispenses 1.8 ml/1.7 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
