Fratelli Mantova's spray oil for air fryers is specifically designed for cooking in an air fryer. Fratelli Mantova called it 230 because this is the perfect smoke point for best cooking in an air fryer. It is a blend of three different oils (sunflower, avocado and rice) specially designed to cook all types of dishes in a homogeneous and safe way in this extremely comfortable and increasingly popular appliance. Thanks to the special formulation and technology applied to its spray oil, it is enough to spray the dishes to be cooked in the fryer to cover them evenly with a thin layer of oil which will allow them to be crunchy and light at the same time.
Why is it special?
Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to reduce consumption by about 90% and protect the contents from air and light for a long time. Each second of spray dispenses 1.8 ml/1.8 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
