Feeling Ok's Christmas Pan is the reinterpretation of panettone in a mini version (weighs 90g), low carb but with lots of fiber and a good protein intake that make it satiating. A good alternative to brioche or muffins for the Christmas period when you don't want to give up on the Christmas spirit but don't even want to give in to sweets and leavened products full of sugar.
