No added sugar vegan pancakes mix

Mix to easily prepare excellent gluten-free pancakes with no added sugar, sweetened only with xylitol. This preparation makes it really easy to obtain sweet pancakes with zero added sugar and a reduced carbohydrate content, therefore suitable both for those who follow a low-carb diet and for diabetics who need to control their sugar intake.

Why this pancake mix is special:

• 100% Oats: the only flour present is oats both in the form of flour and flakes. Oats contain a good amount of soluble fiber called beta-glucans, which offer several health benefits, including lowering LDL cholesterol ("bad cholesterol") and stabilizing blood sugar levels. It also has good satiating power, which should not be underestimated for those trying to keep weight under control or lose it
• Without added sugar: sweetened only with xylitol, a natural sweetener obtained from birches and has a reduced calorie intake and a much lower glycemic index than sugar
• Vegan and not: this mixture can be used to create both vegan and egg-based pancakes

Ingredients 

Gluten-free oatmeal, gluten-free rolled oats, xylitol (sweetener), spices, baking soda (raising agent), Himalayan salt.

Allergens: oats. May contain traces of nuts.

Instructions

Version with eggs:

1) Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 400 ml of kefir, 1 egg and mix thoroughly. You can also add chopped apples or other fruit (bananas, blueberries) to the dough.

2) Cook over low heat, preferably in ghee or coconut oil.

Vegan version

1) Mix the contents of the bag with water alone (200 ml) or with milk or a vegetable drink.

In this case, cook immediately after mixing the dough.
