BuoniSenza Unleavened Bread - Cereal

Cereal gluten-free unleavened bread is specifically formulated for intolerants and can therefore also be consumed by coeliacs. It is a thin, unleavened bread that we could almost assimilate to the better known crackers. In reality, unleavened bread was the first bread ever consumed by man since the leavening that characterizes bread today was discovered later. It is a very light bread and suitable for those suffering from intolerances and want to avoid yeasts, for example. In this gluten-free version, the dough is a mix of cornmeal and rice to which friends and a pinch of salt have been added.

This unleavened bread is part of the BuoniSenza line, the Cereal line designed for those suffering from food intolerances which is characterized by products that are very similar to "normal" ones but free from the main allergens.
