This protein bread is more like crunchy waffles than real bread, it has a good protein content and a low carbohydrate intake. The flavor is quite neutral and there is a slight taste of legumes which I don't mind. To nibble alone but even better to use as a base for canapés or spread with cheese for a light and healthy snack. After opening, keep the rest of the package in an airtight container to ensure that the remaining slices remain crunchy.
