Low carb flaxseed bread - Damhert

Damhert's Flaxseed Protein Bread is the classic thick dark bread where rye flour and seeds are the predominant flavours. Good nutritional values, source of fiber and with a reduced intake of carbohydrates, it is certainly a type of bread suitable for those who follow a diet that prefers proteins to the detriment of carbohydrates. Looking at the values, it can also be included in a ketogenic diet, a slice provides only 3.8g of carbohydrates. The flavor is quite neutral in my opinion it is suitable both to accompany savory dishes and to be spread with sugar-free jam or protein cream.
