Crunchy caramel bran nuggets new recipe - Dukan

Dukan Caramel Nuggets have a low glycemic index and are really good. These are clusters of cereals with caramel and chocolate with a reduced sugar content (but in this new recipe there is a small amount of sugar) therefore perfect for those who follow a Dukan diet but also for those looking for breakfast cereals with a low glycemic index and a limited calorie intake. They are also good to munch on as a snack due to their high satiating power.
