This vegan alternative to tuna with Mediterranean herbs from Unfished conquered the Nutriscore A. It is low in calories, good in protein and low in carbohydrates and contains no added sugar (which many similar products do). Thanks to the addition of microalgae oil, Unfished's vegan tuna is also a source of omega 3. You can season it, use it as a filling or as a condiment for first courses, make a mousse, it's really very versatile, like the "real" one. Ingredients

55% textured soy protein (water, soy protein, wheat gluten, salt, vegetable soy oil, natural flavors), water, rapeseed oil, flavorings, spices and dried vegetables (in varying proportions: parsley, tomatoes, garlic , pepper), 1 % Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano), starch, lemon juice concentrate, Schizochytrium sp. Microalgae oil*, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract.

*Source of Omega-3 fatty acids: 0.33 g / 100 g (DHA + EPA)

Allergens: Wheat gluten, soy. May contain traces of celery, sesame and mustard.
