Turtle porridge with goji berries and chia seeds is really very good and has exceptional features not easy to find all in one product. It is in fact a porridge made with organic ingredients, without added sugar but also without any type of sweetener, gluten-free and vegan. The nutritional values are really very balanced, the carbohydrates are those of oats, present both in flakes and as bran, therefore complex and a source of slow-release energy, and there is also a discreet presence of fibers and vegetable proteins.
Turtle is a Belgian company that I have been following for years, it produces high quality cereals, granola and porridge, until recently its products contained sugar but it is nice to see that we are reformulating them by excluding or replacing it.
