Protein protein biscuits without added sugar - SZ

SZ proteins are delicious vegan biscuits without added sugar with added vegetable proteins. These are simple and light biscuits (one provides less than 20kcal) in which the sugar has been totally replaced by maltitol. Maltitol is certainly the most used natural sweetener in sugar-free sweets because it has the advantage of having a taste almost equal to sugar but providing fewer calories, fewer carbohydrates and having a reduced glycemic index.

SZ (sugar free) was one of the historical Italian brands for sweets without sugar (added). Ingredients

Wheat flour 38%, sweeteners: maltitol and maltitol syrup, vegetable oils (sunflower or corn or soy), carrot juice 15%, potato starch, soy protein 8%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidant: vegetable extract rich in tocopherol (from soy), raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate, salt, flavourings.

Allergens: wheat, soy. May contain traces of nuts and mustard.
