Cauliflower Cauliflower Rice - Fullgreen

This ready-made cauliflower rice is really convenient for preparing many recipes with very few carbohydrates in just a few minutes. A 100g portion has only 20 calories and 90% less carbohydrates than the same amount of rice.

I discovered cauliflower rice in America (and in fact this product is American) where it is widespread and used in many low-carb preparations. This is the "original" i.e. neutral taste and can be used both as risotto would be used, therefore seasoning it with tasty sauces and as an ingredient for other preparations such as meatballs, burgers or even desserts.

One of the best ways to enjoy it in my opinion is together with curry preparations instead of the traditional white rice.
