Risotto with Dukan champignon mushrooms provides less than 200kcal per portion and has the great convenience of being ready to eat, just heat it for a minute in the microwave. It is rice based on pre-cooked konjac seasoned with mushrooms, cream and a pinch of parmesan, therefore in a very simple way. An extremely light and satiating first course, perfect for those who follow the Dukan diet but also for those who simply follow a low-calorie and/or low-carbohydrate diet.
The Dukan diet is a well-known high-protein diet which favors proteins and complex carbohydrates such as oat bran which has the dual advantage of having a low glycemic index (it does not create glycemic peaks) and a high satiating power. You don't have to follow the Dukan diet anyway (I don't) to appreciate some of the Duakn products that have really great nutritional values and go perfectly with a low carb/sugar free regimen.

Water, button mushrooms (15%), konjac pearls 11% (tapioca starch, konjac flour, water, firming agent: calcium hydroxide, tapioca syrup, antioxidant: citric acid), onions, fresh cream 8% (milk ), grana padano cheese 2% (milk), garlic, salt, milk proteins, pepper.
