POKE Spray Soy Sauce has only 1kcal per spray and contains no sugar. A soy sauce that was created to flavor poke bowls but I find it truly exceptional to use on any occasion given the small number of calories and the almost total absence of carbohydrates per portion, it is suitable for any low-calorie diet. This spray soy sauce is part of the POKE line by Fratelli Mantova, but what are poke bowls? These are dishes of Hawaiian origin that should contain raw fish but in reality they are now found in a thousand ways without prejudice to the concept of a bowl in which several ingredients (usually a protein source, vegetables and a source of carbohydrates such as rice) are mix together for a complete single dish.
Why is it special?
Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero bottle patented by Fratelli Mantova allows you to reduce consumption by about 90% and protect the contents from air and light for a long time. Each second of spray dispenses 1.8 ml/1.8 g (15 Kcal) of product sufficient to season any dish.
