If you want to fill up on protein and you love chocolate this cheesecake is right up your alley, each portion provides 30 grams of protein and the ingredients are very healthy. The result is a really good dessert that even those who don't follow a high-protein diet will like it.
Ingredients for 8 servings
Basic
- 60g of almond butter
- 50g of almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey syrup (or calorie-free sweet syrup)
Cream
- 200g quark or low-fat cottage cheese
- 48g whey protein powder
- 285g of Greek yogurt
- 2 large egg whites
Coverage
- 60g of 85-90% dark chocolate
Procedure :
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Combine all the base ingredients together, mix well. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, put it in a small round cake mold so as to cover the entire surface (not too thin).
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients of the cream and mix them well before putting the cream on top of the base.
- Bake in the oven for 30/45 minutes being careful not to overcook it. In the middle it must still be wobbly. Leave to cool.
- Before serving, melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or in the microwave) and garnish each slice with a little chocolate sauce.
