Ingredients for 20 truffles
- 1 avocado
- 175g of dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 25g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 25g of powdered peanut butter
Preparation :
- Blend the avocado well
- Combine the chocolate chips, vanilla and salt
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Make balls of the compound about 2.5 cm (twenty should come)
- In a bowl, combine the cocoa with the powdered peanut butter, sift them well
- Roll the mixture balls in the powdered mix and refrigerate until ready to serve
