The Lo Dough base has only 40 kcal and its uses can be really many, now I'll explain how to turn it into a delicious (and very light) waffle. The recipe is obviously original Lo Dough, I've discovered some really interesting ones, follow the Pinkfoodshop blog and I'll translate them all with lots of nutritional values.
